Lido creator Konstantin Lomashuk had an X profile named “Second Foundation,” which was created amid discussions about the effectiveness of the Ethereum Foundation’s (EF) efforts for the ecosystem.
Lomashuk, however, clarified that such an entity had not been formed and he will be sharing his views on the EF Case soon.

Buterin also criticized social media pressure campaigns by figures like CoinMamba, Tetranode, and Evan Van Ness, emphasizing the harm they cause to Ethereum’s culture and talent retention.
He added that he ultimately decides the positions for EF leadership, an affirmation that prompted the recent discussion about the Foundation’s role in the Ethereum ecosystem.
Buterin acknowledged that personnel changes were needed, but he did not indicate any immediate changes.
