A Pump Dot Fun exploiter has been arrested and identified in London

An alleged exploiter for the Solana memecoin Protocol Pump dot Fun, has been detained in London.

According to an insider familiar with the investigation, British police arrested Jarett Dunning, also known as @STACCoverflow online, during the early hours of the morning on Saturday.

Blockworks reported that the source said a third-party stakeholder hired a private spy firm to track down Dunn.

The source confirms the authenticity of a screenshot of Dunn’s Binance profile linked to his pseudonym that circulates on the internet.

Dunn allegedly exploited the admin keys of the protocol, and was able siphon $2 million worth of funds over the course 100 minutes in the last week. He then distributed the money randomly among Solana users.

The site’s official X page states that the team then redeployed these smart contracts to their new admin account to restore secure access. It has also pledged to pay out compensation to those who have been adversely affected and to pursue the perpetrator.
