According to the company’s website, Cybertruck offers discounts ranging from $1,600 to $3,270 for 12 models. Cybertruck, the cheapest Cybertruck available today is only $78,390. This was previously about $80,000. CNBC reported on Wednesday that discounts began this week.
Tesla has not responded to Investopedia’s request for comment.
Tesla reported earlier this week that the company delivered 495,570 cars during the fourth quarter. This was a higher number than it did a year before, but still fell short of analyst expectations. Cybertruck was not mentioned at that time but the company did say it had delivered 23640 “other models,” This includes all models except the Model 3 & Model Y.
